Sébastien graduated from Mines ParisTech and was recruited by Total in 2012. He began his career in the petrophysical laboratory where he was responsible for experiments carried out in reservoir conditions.

In 2014, he joined the R&D team of the reservoir simulation department where he participated in the development of a new simulator.

Since 2017, he has been seconded to more operational positions in different subsidiaries, first in Venezuela on the Petrocedeño field, then in Gabon.

Sébastien is also the author and co-author of several SPE publications in the fields of petrophysics, improved hydrocarbon recovery and reservoir simulation.
